HRC Retail Advisory’s team of more than 30 people across North America will join Accenture’s Retail Strategy group, expanding its capabilities for helping clients leverage the power of technology to transform their businesses. ARLINGTON, Va.; July 27, 2021 – Accenture Federal Services (AFS), a subsidiary of Accenture (NYSE: ACN), has been awarded a $729 million contract to help the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) transform multiple enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems into a single, consolidated model to improve efficiency, enhance readiness, and reduce costs.

The acquisition enhances Accenture’s workforce management capabilities and further strengthens its ability to deliver HR transformation to clients.

TORONTO; July 19, 2021 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has acquired Cloudworks, a leading Toronto-based Oracle Cloud implementation service provider across North America. The deal further enhances Accenture’s capabilities to deliver Oracle solutions to clients on their journeys to the cloud. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

ESSLINGEN, Germany and OLTEN, Switzerland; July 14, 2021 –  Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has agreed to acquire Wabion , a Google Cloud services boutique with headquarters in Esslingen, Germany and Olten, Switzerland as well as additional offices in Munich, Cologne and Lausanne. The team of more than 60 professionals will join Accenture’s Google Cloud Business Group , part of Accenture Cloud First. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
