Accenture Completes Acquisition of Cirruseo

PARIS; June 12, 2019 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has completed its acquisition of Cirruseo, a leading pure-play Google Cloud services provider in France. The intention to acquire Cirruseo was announced on April 8. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
