Accenture Completes Acquisition of BCT Solutions, Further Strengthening Defence, National Security and Public Safety Services in ANZ

CANBERRA, Australia; July 1, 2019 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has completed its acquisition of BCT Solutions (BCT), a privately held technology consultancy that is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Accenture. Terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
