Accenture to Acquire Symantec's Cyber Security Services Business from Broadcom

NEW YORK; Jan. 7, 2020 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has agreed to acquire Symantec’s Cyber Security Services business from Broadcom, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVGO). Financial terms were not disclosed.
