Accenture Completes Acquisition of OpusLine

PARIS; Dec. 1, 2020 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has completed the acquisition of OpusLine, an independent Paris-based health consulting company renowned for its strategic advisory and transformational services provided to healthcare organizations in France. Accenture had announced its intent to acquire OpusLine on October 27, 2020. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
